ENG vs PAK Betting Tips & Match Prediction 16th July 2021
England thumped Pakistan 3-0 in the ODI series with a makeshift side.
They’ve since welcomed back into the fold the likes of Jason Roy, Jos Buttler, Jonny Bairstow, Adil Rashid and skipper Eoin Morgan. How’s your luck if you’re Pakistan!!
But Pakistan are one of those sides. Yes, I and plenty others do keep saying it, probably only to cover myself in case they pull off a shock win, but they can beat anybody – even England – on their day.
But for Pakistan to have any chance they need one or two things to happen.
They need either England’s batting to collapse in a heap – which occasionally it does. Or they need Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan to pull off something special.
The pair did manage something special in the 3rd ODI, but even that wasn’t enough. But to have any chance, you have to imagine one or both of them need to do something exceptional.
The gap in class between the two sides does gets smaller as the format gets shorter.
But even given this, and the fact that England are set to rotate, I can still only go with another win for Eoin Morgan’s side.
