I have just seen Ian Chappell’s pink shirt and yellow tie combo on the BBC highlights, bloody hell.
Over the years I’ve seen some some dodgy cricketing attire, Geoffrey Boycott usually wears an all light blue, pink or yellow, shirt and trousers combo, but Chappell’s outfit today will take some beating.
They didn’t show his slacks, but if they were maroon cords, it would have finished it off perfectly.
No wonder Ian Botham always wants to give him a slap.
